Questionnaire validity window: the diagnostic questionnaire must be submitted within 180 days of purchase. After this period, the questionnaire link will no longer be accessible. This window exists because the GeoCompass engine evolves continuously. Lucky Nomads makes no refund in respect of questionnaire links that have expired due to non-use.
