Nietzsche spent his life moving between the Alps in summer and the Mediterranean in winter. Not out of restlessness, but because his work depended on it. He argued, in Ecce Homo, that a wrong choice of place and climate could keep a person from their life's task entirely, to the point of never even seeing it. The available resources ranged from anecdotal blog posts to YouTube influencers with undisclosed biases to expensive relocation consultants with limited jurisdictional coverage.
What was missing was a structured analytical system - something that could process the full complexity of a geographic decision across multiple simultaneous dimensions, and produce an output calibrated to the individual's specific situation.
