The Personal Cockpit is your GeoCompass report in dynamic form. Instead of a static PDF snapshot, it is a live strategic file: country scores update as inputs evolve, you can refresh your profile when your situation changes, and new features ship throughout the year.

Yes — fully, for 12 months. After 12 months, you receive an offer to renew at €149/year. Nothing is charged automatically — renewal is always an active choice. If you do not renew, your data and analysis history stay available in read-only mode.

Yes, without a fixed limit while your Cockpit access is active. Revenue changed, new child, new nationality, new priorities — update your profile in the Cockpit and the engine produces a fresh analysis automatically.

Your data is not deleted. If you do not renew, the Cockpit switches to read-only: your analysis and country ranking stay visible, but profile updates and new analysis runs pause until you reactivate.

The first 20 clients to purchase GeoCompass are Founding Members. They keep a renewal rate of €99/year (instead of €149) while Cockpit access stays active under our Terms of Service, get early access to new features, and see an exclusive badge in the dashboard. If access stays inactive for more than twelve consecutive months, the standard renewal rate applies. The designation is assigned automatically at purchase and is non-transferable.

Yes — conditionally. If you complete the diagnostic honestly and the report does not give you a clear, actionable direction for your situation, we will refund you in full. To be eligible: (1) complete the intake form within 30 days of purchase, and (2) submit the structured feedback form within 7 days of receiving your report. The guarantee does not apply if the report has already been used as the basis for a concrete relocation decision. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your completed feedback form. If you purchased but have not yet started the questionnaire, our Terms of Service also describe a separate 48-hour cancellation window before submission.

Most couples purchase two diagnostics (one per person), then optionally book a Strategic Session to align the results into a single long-term plan.
