0. Definitions
The following terms have the meanings set out below wherever they appear in these Terms:
- - “Lucky Nomads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”: Lucky Nomads, a French sole trader (entreprise individuelle), as further identified in Section 2.
- - “Service” or “GeoCompass”: the GeoCompass Strategic Location Diagnostic - an online analytical service that produces a personalised Strategic Location Decision Report, as further described in Section 3.
- - “Report”: the personalised Strategic Location Decision Report delivered to you as a PDF document following completion of the Questionnaire.
- - “Questionnaire”: the online intake form made available to you after payment, through which you provide the profile data used to generate the Report.
- - “User” or “you”: any individual who accesses the Website, purchases, or uses the Service.
- - “Consumer”: a User who is a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession, within the meaning of applicable EU and French consumer protection law.
- - “Terms”: these Terms of Service, including all sections and any documents incorporated by reference.
- - “Website”: the website accessible at luckynomads.io.
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lucky Nomads platform and services, including the GeoCompass analytical engine and associated deliverables (“Service”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Service.
You acknowledge and agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms, including via checkbox confirmation during the checkout process, constitutes a legally binding agreement. Lucky Nomads may retain records of such acceptance, including timestamps and transaction data, for evidentiary purposes.

3. Description of the Service
Lucky Nomads operates GeoCompass, a rule-based, deterministic multi-factor scoring engine designed to assist globally mobile individuals in evaluating jurisdictions for living, working, or establishing a strategic base.
The Service includes:
- - A structured personal diagnostic questionnaire covering your financial profile, operational constraints, geographic preferences, fiscal situation, and strategic priorities;
- - A deterministic algorithmic analysis of a regularly updated set of jurisdictions across multiple weighted scoring dimensions;
- - A filtering architecture applying hard constraints (deal-breakers) and weighted composite scores;
- - Generation and electronic delivery of a personalised Strategic Location Decision Report in PDF format.
GeoCompass is not an artificial intelligence system. It is a rule-based scoring engine operating through predefined formulas, curated jurisdiction data, and deterministic weighting logic.
The informational and non-advisory nature of the Service, together with all applicable user acknowledgements and disclaimers, is set out in full in Section 10.
3.1 Optional add-on services
In addition to the core diagnostic, Lucky Nomads may offer the following optional services at the time of purchase or after report delivery. These services are entirely optional and are not included in the base diagnostic price.
Form Assistance Session: A video call available after purchase, designed to help you complete the diagnostic questionnaire accurately. This session ensures your responses reflect your actual situation before submission.
Strategic Session: A 75-minute video call with the GeoCompass founder, available after report delivery, conducted in English or French. The session is designed to turn your report into a concrete action plan - identifying the structurally dominant jurisdiction for your profile, stress-testing your decision, examining jurisdiction-specific risks, and defining a realistic execution roadmap. A minimum notice of 2 days is required to book. Booking details are sent by email following report delivery; this email is an invitation only and creates no obligation.
The price of each optional service is indicated at the time of booking and may be modified at any time without prior notice. Lucky Nomads reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any optional service at any time without liability. Withdrawal of an optional service does not affect orders for the core diagnostic already confirmed.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use the Service. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, that the information you provide is accurate and truthful, and that you are purchasing the Service for lawful purposes.
Lucky Nomads reserves the right to cancel any order where the User does not meet these eligibility requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Purchase and Payment
All purchases are processed through Stripe. Payment is processed exclusively in euros (EUR). If your payment instrument is denominated in a different currency, conversion is handled by your bank or card issuer - Lucky Nomads has no involvement in that process.
Payment confirmation triggers the automatic delivery of a unique questionnaire link to the email address provided at checkout. Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders already confirmed.
The following payment methods are currently accepted: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Bancontact, and Link. Available methods may vary by country and device.
Prices are stated in euros and are not subject to VAT. VAT not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts).
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated after submission of the Questionnaire, Lucky Nomads reserves the right to submit evidence of Service delivery - including questionnaire submission records, delivery logs, timestamps, and email records - to the relevant financial institution in order to contest the dispute. Initiating a chargeback for a Service that has been delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1 Statutory right - EU and French consumers
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national consumer protection laws, consumers resident in the European Union generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
However, this right may not apply where a service begins immediately at the consumer's express request, as further described in Section 6.3 below.
6.2 Cancellation window before questionnaire submission
If you have purchased the Service but have not yet submitted the diagnostic questionnaire, you may contact contact@luckynomads.io within 48 hours of purchase and prior to questionnaire submission to request a cancellation. The following two options are available at your choice:
- - Full refund, net of payment processing fees charged by Stripe (non-recoverable by Lucky Nomads). Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the validated cancellation request.
- - Full service credit: a 100% discount code valid for a future GeoCompass diagnostic. The code must be used within 90 days of the original purchase date (not the date of code issuance); it expires automatically after this period if unused.
To exercise this right, send an email to contact@luckynomads.io from the address used at checkout, indicating your order reference and your chosen option (refund or credit). Requests submitted after the 48-hour window or after questionnaire submission will not be eligible under this clause.
6.3 Waiver of right of withdrawal upon questionnaire submission
The GeoCompass report is generated exclusively from your individual profile and constitutes a clearly personalised service that cannot be reused or reattributed. It falls within the exclusion from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 6° of the Code de la consommation (implementing Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU). By submitting the questionnaire, you expressly request the immediate commencement of the Service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the Service has begun. This is without prejudice to the separate voluntary Clarity Guarantee in Section 6.5, which may apply after report delivery when its conditions are met.
6.4 Non-EU consumers
For consumers outside the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. The voluntary cancellation window in Section 6.2 constitutes the entirety of Lucky Nomads' cancellation policy for such consumers.
6.5 Clarity Guarantee
GeoCompass offers a conditional satisfaction guarantee (“Clarity Guarantee”) on its personalized strategic reports.
Eligibility conditions
The Clarity Guarantee applies if and only if all of the following conditions are met:
- - (a) The Questionnaire was submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- - (b) The structured feedback form is submitted within 7 days of the delivery of the report.
- - (c) The report has not been used as the basis for a concrete relocation decision (including but not limited to: booking travel, initiating a visa application, engaging a tax advisor to implement a relocation, or changing tax residence).
- - (d) The feedback form is completed honestly and substantively.
Refund process
For eligible Clarity Guarantee refunds, Lucky Nomads will submit the refund to Stripe (our payment processor) within 5 business days of receipt of a complete feedback form. That deadline applies to our obligation to initiate the refund through Stripe, not to when funds become visible on your account or statement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After our instruction is sent, the time it takes for a credit to appear depends on Stripe, your card network, your card issuer, or your bank. Lucky Nomads does not control those timelines. For how Stripe describes typical customer-side timing and how refunds may show up, see the Stripe help article on customer refund processing time.
Exclusions
The Clarity Guarantee does not apply in the following cases:
- - The Questionnaire was submitted more than 30 days after purchase.
- - The feedback form was submitted more than 7 days after report delivery.
- - The report has been used as described in condition (c) above.
- - The feedback form is incomplete or submitted in bad faith.
- - The dissatisfaction relates to the specific countries recommended (rather than the absence of a clear, actionable direction).
Access to the Questionnaire
Access to the Questionnaire expires 180 days after the date of purchase. After this period, the product is considered expired and no report will be generated. Access to any delivered report is permanent and is not affected by this expiry.
Distinction from statutory withdrawal rights
The Clarity Guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee and is distinct from any statutory right of withdrawal that may apply under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits or excludes statutory rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Effect of refund on Personal Cockpit access
Activation of the Personal Cockpit (dashboard) and use of profile update features (re-runs) do not affect eligibility for the Clarity Guarantee. However, upon granting of a refund, all associated access is immediately revoked, including access to the delivered report and to the Personal Cockpit. This revocation is processed automatically at the time of refund issuance.
Personal Cockpit — access, renewal, and founding members
Each purchase of the GeoCompass Strategic Diagnostic at the price published on luckynomads.io includes twelve months of access to the Personal Cockpit, a dynamic dashboard connected to your case. During an active access period, you may update your profile and trigger new analytical runs without a fixed numerical cap. Re-runs do not affect eligibility for the Clarity Guarantee, which is governed by Section 6.
No recurring charge is applied automatically after the included period. Before the end of that period, Lucky Nomads may email you an optional renewal offer. Renewal requires a separate affirmative payment. The standard renewal price is published on the site (currently €149 per year). Founding Members (the first twenty paying purchasers, assigned automatically at purchase) keep a lifetime renewal price of €99 per year for the Personal Cockpit, subject to continued availability of the product.
If a Founding Member allows Personal Cockpit access to remain inactive (that is, not in active paid subscription status under these Terms) for more than twelve consecutive months, the preferential renewal rate of €99 per year ends. Any later renewal is charged at the standard renewal price published on the Website at the time of payment. If you return to active access before twelve consecutive months have elapsed without active access, the preferential rate continues on the terms set out in this section.
If you do not renew, your Cockpit switches to read-only mode: your data and prior analytical outputs remain visible, but profile edits and new runs are disabled until you renew. Lucky Nomads does not delete your data solely for non-renewal.
Where a refund is granted under the Clarity Guarantee, access is revoked as described above, and associated personal data may be deleted within thirty days in line with our Privacy Policy and operational requirements.
7. User accounts
7.1 Account ownership and personal use
The account you create on the Website is personal to you. You agree to use the account solely for your own benefit and in accordance with these Terms.
7.2 Non-transferability
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, share, or otherwise transfer your account or grant access to any third party without prior written consent from Lucky Nomads.
Any attempt to transfer or commercially exploit an account, including but not limited to resale or shared usage intended to circumvent pricing, is strictly prohibited.
Nothing in this section limits your ability to forward the unique diagnostic questionnaire link to a third party as expressly permitted in Section 8.
7.3 Responsibility for account use
You remain fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such use was authorised.
You must ensure that your login credentials remain confidential and secure.
7.4 Account information
You may update your account information (such as name or contact details) at any time. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
The ability to modify account information does not grant any right to transfer or assign the account to another individual or entity.
7.5 Enforcement
Lucky Nomads reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any account that violates this Section 7, without notice and without refund, and to take any appropriate legal action if necessary.
7.6 Anti-circumvention
Any behaviour intended to bypass account usage restrictions or pricing structures, including account sharing or indirect access provision, may result in immediate suspension or termination.
7.7 Account termination
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Upon confirmation:
- - your access to the service is terminated immediately
- - your account is scheduled for deletion
- - your personal data is permanently deleted after a maximum period of 30 days
After this period, the deletion is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered.
We may retain certain information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
8. Questionnaire and User Input
You are solely responsible for ensuring your questionnaire responses are accurate, complete, and truthful. Lucky Nomads shall not be liable for any sub-optimal results arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
Questionnaire link not received: If you have not received the questionnaire link within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first. If the link is still missing, contact contact@luckynomads.io providing the email address used for the Stripe payment, your full name, and the time of purchase. Lucky Nomads will resend the link promptly.
Questionnaire validity window: The diagnostic questionnaire must be submitted within 180 days of purchase. After this period, the questionnaire link will no longer be accessible. This window exists because the GeoCompass engine evolves continuously. Lucky Nomads makes no refund in respect of questionnaire links that have expired due to non-use.
Questionnaire errors: If you identify a material error before submission, contact contact@luckynomads.io prior to submitting. If a material error is identified after submission, a request to redo the questionnaire must be submitted within 48 hours of the original questionnaire submission; requests made after this deadline will not be accommodated under any circumstances. For these purposes, a material error means an objectively verifiable factual error in the information provided (for example, an incorrect income figure or a constraint misconfigured in a way that does not reflect the client's actual situation). Changes of mind, updated preferences, reconsideration of answers, or dissatisfaction with the report results do not constitute material errors and do not give rise to any redo right. Any redo request remains subject to Lucky Nomads' sole discretion, is limited to one redo per original purchase, and, if granted, will be invoiced at 50% of the original diagnostic price. Payment of this fee is a condition precedent to the reprocessing of the questionnaire; access to the redo questionnaire will only be provided upon receipt of full payment. The processing of a redo does not extend, restart, or otherwise affect any applicable withdrawal period.
Gift and third-party use: The unique questionnaire link may be forwarded to a third party, who may complete the questionnaire on their own behalf and receive the report at an email address of their choice. The purchaser remains fully bound by these Terms.
9. Delivery of the Service
The personalised report is delivered as a PDF to the email address provided within the questionnaire - which may differ from the checkout email. Delivery ordinarily completes immediately after questionnaire submission, typically within one minute. In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to processing or system constraints. In exceptional circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 hours. Lucky Nomads aims to deliver within 24 hours, subject to force majeure (Section 21). If you have not received your report within 24 hours, contact contact@luckynomads.io.
If Lucky Nomads fails to deliver the report within 24 hours of questionnaire submission, the user may contact Lucky Nomads to request priority completion of the Service. Refunds are not automatic and remain strictly at Lucky Nomads' sole discretion. Minor delays, not exceeding 48 hours beyond the 24-hour delivery target, may occur due to operational constraints and shall not, in themselves, entitle the user to any refund or compensation.
In the event of non-receipt of the report within the delivery timeframe, Lucky Nomads will resend it to the email address provided within the questionnaire. If that address is incorrect, resending to an alternative address may be carried out upon presentation of proof of purchase, at Lucky Nomads' sole discretion.
10. Informational Nature, Disclaimers, and User Acknowledgements
The GeoCompass report is an informational and analytical product. It does not constitute:
- - Legal advice or legal services;
- - Tax advice, tax planning, or fiscal advice;
- - Immigration advice or immigration services;
- - Financial or investment advice;
- - Any other regulated professional service.
You remain solely and entirely responsible for all personal, legal, financial, and relocation decisions. Lucky Nomads strongly recommends that you seek independent professional advice before taking any action involving taxation, immigration, legal structuring, or financial planning.
You expressly agree not to rely solely on the Service for making legal, tax, financial, or relocation decisions.
You acknowledge that no client-advisor, fiduciary, or professional relationship is created between you and Lucky Nomads as a result of using the Service.
You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, or information other than those expressly set out in these Terms.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Lucky Nomads does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
You acknowledge and accept that any decision based on the Service involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for such decisions and their consequences.
11. Data Accuracy and Temporal Limitations
Lucky Nomads does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all jurisdictional data at the time of delivery, the suitability of any jurisdiction for your situation, or that any ranking or recommendation will remain valid after delivery. The report reflects a snapshot of available data at the time of generation.
Jurisdictional, tax, and regulatory environments may change rapidly and without notice. Lucky Nomads does not undertake any obligation to update the report after delivery.
12. Limitation of Liability
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services, as transposed into French law, Lucky Nomads warrants that the Service conforms to the description provided and to the purpose for which it is intended. This statutory warranty applies without prejudice to any other limitation set out in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucky Nomads excludes all liability arising from any use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky Nomads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption, and including relocation decisions, immigration applications, tax assessments, or financial losses, including any reliance placed on the informational outputs provided under Section 10.
In any event, the total aggregate liability of Lucky Nomads shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
13. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Service and its methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of Lucky Nomads, including the analytical methodology, scoring framework, weighting models, jurisdiction dataset, algorithms, report structure, and visual elements.
13.1 Analytical engine and underlying methodology
You may not, under any circumstances, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, extract, reconstruct, or replicate the analytical methodology, scoring framework, weighting models, algorithms, or jurisdiction dataset, in whole or in part, whether directly or through any automated or manual means. This prohibition applies regardless of the purpose and survives termination of the licence.
13.2 Personalised report (PDF)
Upon payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use your personalised report for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence remains valid unless terminated upon breach of these Terms; any unauthorised use automatically terminates this licence.
Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicence, or modify the report in whole or in part. Sharing extracts for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted provided the source is acknowledged and no commercial benefit is derived.
14. Acceptable Use and Indemnification
You agree not to provide false or fraudulent information; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract any part of the methodology or Service infrastructure; interfere with the operation of the platform; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Lucky Nomads reserves the right to suspend access in cases of suspected abuse or breach of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lucky Nomads, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or any decisions made based on the Service.
15. Atlas AI assistant
The public website may include Atlas, an AI-powered chat that provides general information about Lucky Nomads, GeoCompass, published content, and related topics. Atlas is optional. It does not replace professional advice.
No professional advice. Responses are generated automatically and are for convenience only. They do not constitute legal, tax, immigration, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Lucky Nomads does not warrant that any output is accurate, complete, or up to date. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.
No sensitive or unnecessary data. Do not submit special categories of personal data, payment card details, passwords, government identifiers, or other confidential information through Atlas. How we process chat-related data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use. You must not use Atlas to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, to attempt to compromise our systems, or to obtain private customer data you are not authorised to access.
Suspension and changes. Lucky Nomads may modify, limit, or discontinue Atlas at any time. We may suspend or block use where we reasonably suspect abuse or risk to security.
Third-party AI. Atlas relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. Their use is subject to the terms and limitations of those providers in addition to these Terms.
16. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe, form infrastructure providers, and cloud hosting services. Lucky Nomads is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of such services. Lucky Nomads does not guarantee the continued availability of any third-party service used in connection with the Service. Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
17. Privacy and Data Protection
The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by the Privacy Policy. Lucky Nomads processes personal data on the legal bases described in the Privacy Policy, in particular the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) or legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No processing is carried out on the basis of consent within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with the purchase or delivery of the Service. All personal data requests should be addressed to contact@luckynomads.io.
18. Modifications to the Terms and the Service
Lucky Nomads reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, notice will be given by email with a minimum of 30 days' advance notice. Modifications do not affect orders already confirmed.
A change is considered material when it affects the substantive rights of the user, including in particular: refund and cancellation conditions, the scope or nature of the Service, limitation of liability, or the personal data collected and processed. Minor corrections, clarifications, and editorial updates do not constitute material changes and may be made without advance notice.
Lucky Nomads further reserves the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of the Service, including the underlying methodology, scoring models, or jurisdiction coverage, at any time without prior notice.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lucky Nomads with respect to the Service.
Electronic records, logs, and timestamps maintained by Lucky Nomads shall constitute prima facie evidence of transactions and interactions.
21. Force Majeure
Lucky Nomads shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God (such as natural disasters), war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, pandemics, cyberattacks, or failures or interruptions of third-party infrastructure, networks, or service providers, provided that such failures are themselves caused by events beyond Lucky Nomads' reasonable control. Hosting and platform outages are governed separately under Section 22.
Lucky Nomads will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
22. Service Availability and Platform Outages
Lucky Nomads relies on third-party hosting and delivery infrastructure that may be subject to temporary disruptions outside its direct control. Such disruptions - including unplanned hosting outages or platform-level failures - represent ordinary operational risks and do not constitute force majeure events for the purposes of Section 21.
In the event of a hosting or platform disruption affecting the delivery of the Service:
- (a) Lucky Nomads will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore normal operations and fulfil any outstanding orders within 72 hours of identifying the disruption;
- (b) Affected users will be notified at the email address provided at checkout as soon as practicable.
The 24-hour delivery commitment set out in Section 9 shall be suspended for the duration of any such disruption. If Lucky Nomads is unable to fulfil the Service within a total of 7 days from questionnaire submission due to a platform or hosting disruption, the user may request a full refund.
23. Dispute Resolution and ADR
In the event of a dispute, Lucky Nomads encourages you to contact contact@luckynomads.io first. We will endeavour to resolve the matter amicably.
Note: the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers seeking an alternative dispute resolution entity may consult the updated list of certified bodies published by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
French consumers may also have recourse to consumer mediator CM2C (14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris - cm2c@cm2c.net) free of charge. This right is reserved for consumers as defined under applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Nothing in this clause affects the mandatory statutory rights of consumers in their country of residence.
25. Language of the Agreement
These Terms are drafted in English, which shall be the governing language of the agreement for all users outside France. By using the Service and accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have sufficient proficiency in English to understand their content and implications.
In compliance with French Law No. 94-665 of 4 August 1994 (Loi Toubon) and Article L111-1 of the Code de la consommation, an official French translation of these Terms is available at luckynomads.io/cgv. For consumers domiciled in France, the French version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the two versions.
For all other users, you agree that no translation of these Terms is binding, and that any translation provided is for convenience only. If you do not fully understand these Terms, you should refrain from using the Service. You expressly waive any right to claim misunderstanding based on language.
26. Jurisdiction
Subject to Section 23 and applicable consumer protection laws, any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Strasbourg, France. Consumers resident in the EU retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of domicile pursuant to Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012.
