City Comfort is a core input to the infrastructure cluster of our composite Lucky Nomads World Index. Inputs include public transport coverage and reliability, electricity supply stability, and water quality indicators. All normalised to 1 to 10 to reflect daily livability in the country's main hubs. The map shows the latest published City Comfort score with the same colour legend as elsewhere on the site.
City Comfort Index measures essential urban infrastructure: transport, electricity supply, and safe drinking water. It is one of the 18 objective dimensions that feed our composite Lucky Nomads World Index.
Every jurisdiction is scored independently from primary sources and structured analytical inference, then normalised on a 1 to 10 scale. The same scoring engine is reused across the cockpit, ranking pages, and country profiles.
